I’ve been having longstanding foot pain, impacting my ability to be active at all. I went to multiple podiatrists and orthopedists, none of which gave me much to work with beyond considering surgery and vague advice to rest. I didn’t begin to see any progress until going to Dr. Lim where I felt like he took all my concerns very seriously, took a very methodological approach on how much to rest / work my aggravated areas and how to tailor a good workout plan to strengthen my body surrounding the foot, and gave other great recovery treatment like massaging and heating. I’ve been to other PTs as well but nothing comes close to what he’s been able to do for me.

If I could give 10 stars I would! I was struggling with severe back pain due to herniated disk and by second month of physical therapy with Dr.Lim I have a huge improvement!!! He is truly the best!

To be honest, this was one of the best experiences I have had for a doctor. It was my first time visiting. The reception was very warm and welcoming. Chloe is very kind and those little details can make a difference within a visit Dr Lim was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and thorough. The amount of knowledge he told me spoke volumes. He really went in depth and time to explain my muscular/body imbalances and how to get better. It was a much more thorough consultation and explanation than most doctors I have had. Thank You

Three months ago, I felt a sudden pop in the back of my neck, followed by burning pain down my right arm that never went away. The pain was constant, severe, and completely disrupted my daily life. I couldn’t sit, stand, or even lie down without discomfort. I had to take painkillers every few hours just to get through the day, and even then, nothing really helped. I saw a spine specialist, got MRIs, and was diagnosed with disc bulges and herniation in my cervical spine. Victor was really good at helping through my lower back issues and strengthening it. He would do his best to explain the cause of the pain, even used small 3d model of the spine lool. I still have some way to go till pain is gone but making progress towards it. Highly recommend!

Great help for a wide range of PT related issues. Very friendly, great facilities too. Started with a focus on one specific problem and he has since worked on many other interconnected issues. Would 100% recommend!
